They sent three guys to the house for a standard hvac assessment and bid. They were all very professional and polite, however they were very sales-y. I could tell it was a pitch they’ve perfected over the years, and there were upsells around every corner. We got a few other quotes and Moore was $10K higher than everyone else. If you end up going with Moore, make sure you get multiple quotes and feel good an out the final price, I’m sure they’d do good work you’ll just be paying a premium and perhaps buying services you don’t need.

Darien came out and provided a thorough inspection of our plumbing and water heater. Made good recommendations based on his experience and photos that he took. He is an excellent technician. Knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything I language we understood

Very happy that Moore was able to get a technician out same day. We noticed our A/C system not blowing cold air and our dogs were uncomfortable. The technician was extremely professional, ran through what he thought the root causes were, confirmed the issue, then provided pricing options and explained them very thoroughly. Overall pleased with our entire experience and if we have future issues with our system as it ages, Moore will be our first call.

Orion was so professional and efficient. He quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner. And he thoroughly explained what he was doing to fix it during his visit. No ordered parts, no delays. Replaced a capacitor, tested the system, sent me the paperwork and headed on to his next job. Bravo, Orion and Moore.

I just had a pleasant experience with a couple of Moore Home Services technicians. Unfortunately, we are looking at a 31 year old problem and it was not the fix we were hoping for, but dealing with these two professionals made it, again, pleasant. Sean was cordial and even disarming in his excellent manner. David made us aware of our options, didn't mind me trying to" bottom line" things right away, and he was unflustered by my nervous energy. Again, they both were appreciated professionals. Thank you Gentlemen! A+++. Moore of the same from Moore Home Services! After having a positive and exemplary experience with their staff, when dealing with our HVAC issues, we decided to go ahead and take advantage of their credit plan for installation of a brand new unit. This was a great value and we were given discounts for our Veteran status as well as our older age. The Installers arrived right on time, both young men were well groomed and presentable and could not have been more personable. They took about 3 hours for the whole job, including lining our vents and clean-up. Thank you so much to Michael and Edward. We are warm for the winter.
