Ramzi recently came out to our home to address a few different issues. He fixed the pop-up drain assemblies on both of our master bathroom sinks and took care of the standard maintenance and draining for our hot water heater. From start to finish, I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and the exceptional quality of his work. He was meticulous, efficient, and left everything spotless. Austin Seymour from Super Service Plumbing recently performed a service on our water heater, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Austin was very prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, approached the job with honesty and attention to detail, and it was obvious he takes pride not only in his work but also in the company he represents. Combi HW and Radiant heating system broke down. Called Super Service and had a super quick diagnostic visit followed by a complete replacement within a couple of days. Great professional service. Dave Wolff is clearly an expert when it comes to radiant heating.

I recently had Austin Seymour from Super Service Plumbing update and replace the valve that controls our whole house water from the street and the valves that supply the washing machine. He explained everything about the modern valves and the project itself. He cheerfully answered every question I had and was very professional in his bearing and work. When the job was complete, he went through everything he did and had me manipulate the valves. I highly recommend Austin as well as Super Service Plumbing and plan to use them on future projects; and will request Austin as the technician. He is a dedicated and professional young man.
